Leh Portraits & Parades
 Ladakh, India

Straggly is the flavor of Leh. As a town nestled in the high altitudes of Ladakh, its got a bit of a WildWest cum gangsta presence about it. Aged men donning Tibetan robes and cowboy hats, swing prayer wheels, as sun -drenched teens skulk about like wily punks in a pack.

People here are simple, quiet and shy folk however. The launch point for tourist trekking adventures, it's busy 3-6 months out of the year, with half of its population consisting of 'temporary residents and seasonal workers' from Nepal and surrounding areas.
